Ravenna- The Broken Bow High School bowling team completed their third week of competition with a home match at Sport Bowl in Ravenna against Hartington.
It was Senior day as Broken Bow recognized their four Seniors for their dedication to the program over the past few years. Being honored for the day were Ryan Nielsen, Chloe Herman, Matthew Pracht, and Shawn Summerford.
The BBHS bowlers bowled well on the day in a losing effort as Hartington outlasted both the boys, and girls teams.
The boys lost with a team score of 9 to 10, Sam Schendt was high average for the day with a 154 average over 2 games.
The girls team lost with a team score of 8 to 11. Chloe Herman came out as high average for the Broken Bow girls team with a 240 average over two games.
Broken Bow will be in action next Saturday when they travel to Wisner Bowl to compete against North Bend and Wisner with the first ball rolling at 12 p.m.
