BROKEN BOW – The weekly activity stats are in from the Custer County Sheriff’s Office for the week of Feb. 29 to March 6. The Office reports there were 43 calls to service, including reports of reckless driving, disturbing the peace, a wanted person warrant and multiple scams, among others. One felony was reported during the time period, a burglary in Mason City. A total of 32 arrests were made, two fresh and 30 by citation. Two prisoners were booked into the Custer County Jail that week, five prisoners were released, leaving eight who were incarcerated. Additional stats include 22 title inspections, six gun permits issued and three names that were added to the sex offender registry.
